The Call Center representatives support clients through both the technical processes of registration to the foreign exchange trading platform - as well as operating the platform itself.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Customer support plays an important part in an organization’s ability to generate income. That is why Paragon employees go through extensive training before they begin. All employees are required to gain knowledge of product offering and gain an understanding of the Foreign Exchange and Capital Markets. After the training period, employees undergo additional screening and testing to determine their suitability to ensure higher customer satisfaction.
